APPLY FOR ASSISTANCE
Applying for assistance is easy.
Step 1: Download BOTH the Word document, and fillable PDF Application document below.
Step 2: Type your answers to the questions in each form directly into that document.
Step 3: Save the documents using your NAME as the file name. Your information will be redacted before it is submitted to our review committee.
Step 4: Email BOTH the Word document and PDF Application directly to corinne@searchfoundation.org
